Vygon UK: Update regarding COVID-19

We know that our customers depend on our ability to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, so in light of the developments with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to share with you the measures we are taking to ensure product and service continuity.

We have followed our business continuity plan and have put the following into action.

• Travel restrictions are in place and online meetings are taking place.
• We are limiting direct interaction with our customers, suppliers and employees and the majority of our staff are working form home.
• We have ensured all our systems and business processes work remotely, with no interruption to normal service levels.
• We have implemented the use of live chat on our website, which is available for our customers to use Monday -Friday between 9am and 5pm

This is enabling us to provide you with a seamless service. Please do bear with us if you experience any background noise when you may be speaking to an employee who is working from home.

We are currently operating as follows:

• Reception/triage staff with remote/access to switchboard, and diversions are in place.
• Continued use of mobile phones.
• Zoom, skype and online video calls are being used to work with our customers/suppliers when needed.

Please rest assured we are doing our very best to maintain our service to you. Our current stock levels are good, and in the event of there being any supply issues we will contact our customers directly.

At a time when patient safety is a top priority please be aware that we provide a wide range of critical care products that may help you manage the treatment of your patients. In line with WHO advice, we have product ranges that can be used for the management of hypoxemic respiratory failure and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), as well as the management of septic shock.
